🔥 PAPE MATAR SARR CLOSER TO JUVENTUS – DEAL IN ITS FINAL PHASE
Juventus have strongly accelerated their negotiations for Pape Matar Sarr, the Tottenham midfielder who became the Bianconeri's priority after the Franck Kessié deal collapsed.
According to the latest information from Gianluca Di Marzio this morning, talks between Juventus and Tottenham are in their final phase, with the two sides working to define the last details of the operation. At 10:55 Di Marzio flagged the story as the latest update from the market and stated that Juventus are close to closing the deal.
Luciano Spalletti all but announced the arrival of a new midfielder after the win over Parma. The Juventus coach openly said that the team needs another player in the middle of the park.
In just a few days, Sarr has therefore gone from being a mere alternative to Kessié to one of the central names in the closing stages of Juventus' mercato.
💣 JUVENTUS MAY NOT STOP AT SARR – ANOTHER MIDFIELDER IN THE PLANS?
An interesting piece of information also comes from Eleonora Trotta of Corriere dello Sport. Even after Sarr's possible arrival, Juventus could try to bring in one more midfielder.
A distinction needs to be made here, though: unlike the Sarr deal, which is already at a very advanced stage, the second midfielder should for now be seen as a possibility and part of the club's end-of-window plans, not as an agreed transfer.
Spalletti's public statement that Juventus need an additional solution in the middle of the pitch certainly shows how important that area of the team is in the final days of the transfer window.

Jonathan David's future is once again one of the main talking points. Gianluca Di Marzio confirms today that fresh contacts have taken place between Atlético Madrid and Juventus over the Canadian striker. Talks between the clubs continue after David started last night's match against Parma from the first minute.

Gianluca Di Marzio confirms today that the experienced Argentine left-back could become a concrete option if Cabal leaves Juventus. Tagliafico is currently under contract with Lyon until 2027, and his situation is being monitored precisely because of the Colombian's possible departure.

Juventus have officially confirmed that Adin Licina will spend the 2026/27 season on loan at Cremonese. The talented footballer, born in 2007, arrived at Juventus from Bayern Munich in February and has since made 13 appearances for the Next Gen and one for the Under 20. This summer he also completed pre-season with the first team.
Juventus are now sending him out on loan so that he can get more minutes and continue his development.

Juventus have taken another concrete step towards signing Pape Matar Sarr. According to Sky Sport Italia, the Bianconeri have sent Tottenham a formal offer of €2 million for a loan, with an obligation to buy set at €26 million.
The obligation to buy would be triggered if Juventus qualify for the Champions League and Sarr plays at least 50% of the matches.
Compared to the previously reported 3+30 million structure, Juventus have now formalised a financially more favourable offer with precise conditions.
